Commercial Dryer Vent Cleaning

Dryer vent cleaning improves the safety and efficiency of your clothes dryer as well. As dryer vents become filled with lint and other debris, drying time increases and may cause the dryer to overheat. This increases your energy consumption and may also cause fires in the dryer or the dryer duct. Our process consists of using compressed air and the spinning ball method. This process allows us to clean the majority of dryer vents from the outside of the building, minimizing inconvenience to the resident. As the spinning ball works its way through the vent, the lint and other debris (e.g. bird’s nests) are dislodged and pulled to the exterior, where it can be removed by our technician.

Lint build-up: Make no mistake; lint build up is dangerous and highly flammable.
Birds/Animals: Animals nesting in dryer vents pose a common problem. They are drawn to the warm and dry air space typically found inside a dryer vent. In some instances, the dryer vent can become completely obstructed! Once obstructions of this nature are removed, installation of a bird guard is recommended to prevent re-occurrence.
